The very first VanHool Electrical citybus is equipped with adibus Smart System

Adibus has this week installed all our IT-systems, in the very first electrical citybus from VanHool. The bus goes into service with 66 other buses this summer in Aalborg, Denmark. The installation includes our innovative systems for Smart Electrical bus developed together with leading busoperators and Public Transport Authorities – solving the problems with operating electrical buses.
The project is funded by the Danish Innovationsfonden. The project also includes passenger information screens, voice announcement, realtime, passenger counting, creditcard payment, automatic speed limitation, voice over IP communication to operation center and our extensive operation system AdibusLive.
